ELIGIBILITY
Open to high school and college students worldwide interested in applying or transferring to one of the five participating divisions of The New School. Scholarship winners must be a high school graduate on or before June 2014.
COMPETITION PROCESS
- Register at The New School Competition
- Answer a quiz on The New School
- Answer a Logical Reasoning Test
- Select the school of your choice
- Answer a quiz based on the school-of-choice
- Solve a creative case that you present by a video
- Share your submission on Facebook to gather support from friends
- Officially apply to the school-of-choice and program by February 1, 2014
- Start your career in New York City!
PRIZES
One full and one partial scholarship for bachelor’s program to each of the five participating school. Apple iPad Mini products will be given away for extraordinary submissions to five high school students (not graduating by June 2014).

Mannes College The New School for Music is a leading classical music conservatory in New York City that’s committed to providing an education that’s relevant to our changing world.
The Mannes faculty includes artists from such leading organizations as the New York Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, and Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center.
