UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Centre of Development Studies and Regional Cooperation (UMCDSRC)
There are several scholarships available for nationals of SAARC countries to study Bachelors in Development Studies and Regional Cooperation through South Asia Foundation (SAF). This scholarship will be available at National College, Kathmandu University.

Quota: 8 scholars (1 student from every SAARC counrty)
Gender: Male and/ or Female
Course starts: 18 August 2014
This scholarship covers all expenses, ie, accomodation costs, tuition fees, travel air tickets and food expenses.
To be eligible to apply the students must have atleast 45% aggregate in their Higher Secondary School level (10+2).
The deadline to apply for this scholarship is 1 August 2014, however, please note, the individual SAF chapters needs to select the local candidates and send it to SAF-Nepal by this date.
