Eligibility: -The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences has a strategic ambition of being a leading research faculty. Candidates for these fellowships will be selected in accordance with this, and expected to be in the upper segment of their class with respect to academic credentials.
-Applicants must hold a PhD degree in one of the following fields:Â polymer chemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, or pharmacy.
-Preference will be given for a candidate with a strong background in preparation and characterization of polymeric nanoparticles, ideally with experience in advanced characterization techniques (imaging and scattering techniques) and administration of drugs. Some experience with mammalian cell culture and fluorescence microscopy is also a strong advantage.
-When evaluating the application, emphasis will be given to applicantâs academic and personal abilities to carry out the project. Applicants may be called in for an interview.
-A good command of English is required.
