Eligibility:
-The candidate must have a PhD or other corresponding education equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
-The main purpose of post-doctoral research fellowships is to qualify researchers for work in top academic positions within their disciplines.
-They are looking for a highly competent candidate with broad experience from formulation of nanoparticles for therapy in the oral cavity. The candidate must have good knowledge about bioadhesion and characterization of nanoparticles with respect to physico-chemical surface properties, stability and drug release.
-A major requirement will be documented knowledge with development of polymer-based nanoparticles and nanocapsules for drug delivery prepared by different techniques. Knowledge within rheology and practical experience with atomic force spectroscopy (AFM), ex vivo bioadhesion studies and cell studies will be advantageous.
-Personal suitability will be emphasized and good communicative skills are necessary. A good command of English is required.
