Project Description: This PhD project will explore critical incidents (e.g. aggression) within High Secure Services with a view to predicting such incidents and developing a greater understanding of critical factors that link to such events. This is aimed to develop a psychological model of understanding to help manage, understand, and ultimately aiming to reduce such events.
